The new Gundalian Invaders Bakugan Toys are an exciting update to what is already one of the most popular board games for kids in the world: Bakugan Battle Brawlers. Along with the new season of Bakugan Gundalian Invaders, the new toy series has been released and they prominently feature the new Bakugan Battle Gears. With the New Vestroia Toy series, Bakugan Traps were released and changed the way the game was played. Now, the new Bakugan battle upgrades are available and they look extremely exciting!

What is Bakugan Battle Gear?

Remember in the cartoons when a fighter would play an ability card for his monster, and suddenly an exoskeleton of robotic armor, new weapons, or mechanical wings attached to his monster? Well, now you can do the same in-game! The new gear exclusively sticks to the Gundalian Invader toys and upgrades them or upgrades their G-power during battle.

How do you use equipment in Bakugan battles?

The gear will come packaged alongside certain Gundalian Bakugan packs, and will eventually be sold separately. This battle gear starts out folded, much like last season’s Bakugan Traps. It also comes with an ability card that you can have in your hand. When you play a compatible Bakugan on the field and then play the ability card, you can attach the magnetic battle gears to your Bakugan. It will snap open to reveal an exciting array of weapons, armor, and upgrades for your piece. Greatly improves g-power and often adds other unique attributes and effects to parts.

Is Bakugan Battle Gear compatible with all Bakugan?

No. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that these gears are compatible with all Bakugans. You can only use the equipment with the new Gundalian Invaders Bakugan toys. They have specially designed notches and grooves for the equipment to attach itself. Although it doesn’t support all Bakugan, it’s still an awesome upgrade! Imagine opening your Dragonoid and strapping him down with battle wings and missile launchers to make him the ultimate warrior on the field! This will give fighters the advantage and massive G Powers when fighting from now on.

What Battle Gears are available for Bakugan?

So far, there are six known Battle Teams for Bakugan: Battle Turbine, Rock Hammer, Vilantor, and three more that have unconfirmed names.
