Kitchens and dining rooms will be fully equipped to prepare and serve meals. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms are common, and everything from 2- and 3-bedroom single-family units to large group homes with 5 or 6 bedrooms and sofa beds in the living room are available.
All the modern conveniences such as wi-fi, flat-screen televisions, DVD players, and entertainment systems are likely to be available. There will be one free reserved parking spot available on the property, and there will be no shortage of nearby facilities such as shops, restaurants and clubs and bars for entertainment. The bottom line here is that the only thing keeping more visitors from opting for San Diego vacation rentals over a hotel is a lack of awareness of how good and affordable the rentals are.
