• Hotel rooms near popular destinations like Disney are extremely expensive and may not suit everyone’s pocket.
• As a note of caution, you should only select those vacation rental homes that are licensed by the state of Florida, which warrants an annual inspection by the Florida Division of Hotel Licensing.
• Make sure the vacation home has a child safety alarm so your child can’t enter the pool area without your knowledge.

Some of my best memories are from visiting Biscayne Bay National Park and Everglades National Park. A short drive from downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay is home to ceramic-shaped sponges, tame manatees, brown pelicans, turtles, mangroves, ferocious crocodiles, and brilliant butterflies. Packed with historical wonders and myriad species of wildlife, Biscayne Bay is made up of four perfectly protected ecosystems.
