We are all aware of conventional healing methods that follow sequences such as initial tests, advanced tests, diagnosis, prognosis, and finally medication. All healing processes supported by scientific evidence fall under conventional healing methods.

But since ancient times, various unconventional forms of treatment and healing have been practiced. These are not supported by scientific evidence and are often looked down upon by strong believers in science and medicine. But they did exist and continue to exist and thrive, under terms like: alternative healing, holistic healing, faith healing, etc.

Today, let’s talk about one of those forms of ‘Faith Healing’ known as Angel Healing Therapy or simply, Angel Healing.

Before jumping to conclusions, let me give you some background on this.

Angel Healing has been going on for a long time. But there are no records of such a process today. That doesn’t mean it’s fake! It simply means that it was not previously considered something out of the ordinary. We are all aware of the fact that every religion that ever existed spoke of Messengers or Messiahs or Massehas or Angels.

Supposedly heralds of the Lord’s light, these were and still are revered as wounded souls. They were chosen for their purity and blessed to become protectors or guardians or guides of the lesser or mortal sons of God (we the people).

It was much easier to talk and convince people of the existence and power of such Angels, when not questioning the existence and power of God. But as time passed, due to many events, a deterioration in the level of faith also began. People began not only to question the existence of God, but also to give up faith altogether. It came to be considered a person’s right to do so and today, according to psychology and behavioral science, it is called the ‘Power of Free Will’.

Regardless, the result was a serious drop in the number of people who believed in healing angels and prayed to guardian angels. Sometime in the late 1990s, an American psychologist named Doreen Virtue revived the topic and began dabbling in the old way of healing. By holding private and public readings and prayer sessions, she began to introduce this culture of Angel Healing and people began to pay attention to Faith Healing again.

Nowadays it has become a widely used practice and people have started to opt for Angel Healing even in case of terminal illnesses and critical cases.

It is natural to ask, “Who are these angels? What do people ask of them?” and also the most important, “Does it work??”

All these questions will be answered, but first let’s take a look at who all these ‘Archangels – Blessed by the light of the Lord’ are. Yes, there is a list of these angels, compiled from ancient scriptures and religious writings as well.

Most of them have a common reference in Christianity, Judaism, and various other religions. The following list was found more firmly in Judeo-Dionysian times.

Below is a list of the 7 Archangels, considered to be the guardians, guides and guardians of human beings:

1. Archangel Michael

Probably the most celebrated of all angels, Archangel Michael is one of the few canonized angels and has churches dedicated to him around the world.

Gabriel is also associated with all forms of art. Even today, music festivals and other literary events are held on the day of the Feast of San Gabriel.

3. Archangel Chamuel

Chamuel is often confused with the dark angel Samael, who has an evil and destructive nature. This is an incorrect assumption. Chamuel is one of the original 7 Archangels of the Pseudo-Dionysian teachings.

As “he who sees God”, Chamuel has omniscient vision and sees the connection between everyone and everything.

Chamuel is the one in charge of maintaining peace in the midst of turbulence and has the divine ability to see or find lost objects or even lost life purposes.

5. Archangel Raphael

The Angel of healing, Archangel Raphael, is worshiped as the one who heals illnesses and also helps relieve pain and suffering that come from illness.

He was also someone who helps prevent disease and is also worshiped in that sense as a protector.

Archangel Raphael, first of all raises the idea that God heals. He comes with the message that all the suffering in the world and the diseases that afflict mankind will be healed by the hand of the Almighty.

So if you are looking to be healed in any way, Archangel Raphael is the one to call on.

6. Archangel Jophiel

Angels of Love and Light describe her as “the Archangel of Paradise and the Patron Saint of Artists and Enlightenment”.

Jophiel was considered the enlightened soul. The Archangel of Beauty is another common term used to describe her.

Jophiel is said to be in charge of beautifying all aspects of one’s life, be it thoughts, surroundings, home, oneself, etc.

Archangel Jophiel recovers the lost beauty of things and also enhances the existing beauty of things. Beauty here is not just a term used to explain physical appearance. It also deals with inner beauty.

Archangel Jophiel is invoked when there is a need to change negativity into positivity. When one needs a mindset to move from negative to positive, when one needs clarity to see the good in all things, Jophiel is turned to.

7. Archangel Zadkiel

Three words best describe this Archangel. Liberty, Mercy and Benevolence.

In the Old Testament, Zadkiel is said to have been the holy hand that prevented a father, Abraham, from sacrificing his son Isaac. Archangel Zadkiel is thus the merciful.

Zadkiel is invoked when there is a need to give or receive forgiveness. He is believed to be the silent voice in the heart, encouraging one to forgive and forget.

These 7 archangels are the main force of the Lord. There are others like Ariel, Metatron, Seldaphon, etc. But many religions include or exclude them according to their respective scriptures.

Having gained a fair understanding of who angels are and what they do, we can now move on to the most important question.

“Does Angel Healing really work?”

As someone who believes in basing your opinions solely on previously proven facts and things personally experienced, I’m being honest when I say I don’t know.

But from what I have read and from the information available from books and testimonials given by various believers, I have managed to measure the following information.

• It is not supported by scientific evidence and is not accepted as a proven method of healing by any conventional medical or school of thought.

• There are several resources that claim this form of healing works, based on existing testimony from people who have tried it.

• As a practice, which involves only the use of prayer as a way to communicate and seek help and guidance from the Archangels, so far it is safe to try.

• Ultimately, whether or not something works depends entirely on a single element. Faith. Faith can move mountains. There are many cases where conventional medical science has not been able to prove.

Why would a person who did not respond to medication for weeks suddenly begin to heal through alternative medicine.

• There is nothing wrong with trying anything. As long as it doesn’t cause you physical or mental harm, it’s best to give it a try. You never know what might work!

I would conclude by saying just this. Believe in God or not believe in God. To believe in Angels or not to believe in Angels. But always believe in the power of faith.

Faith in something, even yourself, can be the difference between life and death. Never lose hope and always have faith.
