How to get skinny lying on your bed moving just 1 hand seconds a day

I am going to show you how to lose weight in just a few seconds a day while you lie on your bed and move only one hand. Sounds intriguing… sounds interesting?

Well, it is…and it’s also one of the best and easiest ways to lose belly fat pretty fast.

How to lose weight moving only 1 hand

This may sound crazy, but you can lose belly fat by doing nothing more than moving one hand while lying on your bed. What you do is called a “belly rub” and I’ll give you the basics on how and why it works.

So this is what you do…

Lie down on your bed and take both hands and rub them together for 15 seconds. This generates kinetic thermal energy. This is important because this heat will penetrate the fat deposits and loosen them. So rub your hands.

Now once you are done, rub small circles with one of your hands around your belly button. Rub 1 circle every second. So not too fast and not too slow.

Keep rubbing these circles for 30 seconds or so.

Stop, rest a bit, then repeat rubbing your hands together, then rubbing your tummy in circles again. Do this for 4 minutes a day… 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night.

The reason this works is as I mentioned earlier…the heat loosens the fat deposits so they can be flushed out of your body. Abdominal massages also stimulate your digestive system to be more efficient at removing waste products.

So if you want to lose weight, that is the best way to lose weight without much effort. It has been shown to work, however weight loss and inches lost will vary for each person. Some get better results than others. But don’t let that stop you from doing this simple exercise.
