I have never been one of those women who has a different bag to match every outfit. I usually find a bag that has the versatility to match my blue jeans, as well as my limited nightwear. I was amazed at how many options I had! I found designer bags from Vera Bradley, Marc Jacobs, Dooney and Bourke and Juicy Couture to name just a few, as well as cheap bags from Target and other super stores. I knew it would be nearly impossible to choose just one bag out of so many, so I decided to start small and work my way up. I was more of a tote or hobo type girl, but the smaller clutches caught my eye as an alternative to carrying a large bag. However, with a clutch I was afraid of leaving it somewhere and losing it. That’s when I saw it and knew I had to make room for the bracelet.

Wristbands are small handbags that have a strap that goes around the wrist, which is usually removable. They can be considered a purse or wallet and can be found in leather, straw, linen, suede and wool. Some of my favorites are the Groovee Bag Metal Check or the Small Classic Q by Marc Jacobs. The coach has the Celeste crease and straw bracelet seen in the Hamptons archive along with the timeless white coach.

There are many more designer bags that left me breathless and wanting more, but these are pretty expensive bags too. You can also find many sites that sell designer replicas and often sell their merchandise if the designer bags are too expensive.

Not wanting to put all my eggs in one basket, I settled on a 20% off Marc Jacobs Classic Q and even had enough money to spare to splurge on a matching purse. I was quite proud of my shopping expedition and plan to come back again and again so I can keep up with the styles and keep an eye out for the sales that I can’t pass up.

Online shopping has introduced me to a world of unsurpassed convenience. I don’t have to walk around the parking lot for an hour just to get into a store where I’m fighting the crowd and walking until my legs hurt. Instead, I can sit with my glass of iced tea, sit back, and enjoy my chosen display. It doesn’t get much better than this, other than finding your perfect bag and knowing that there is no one to come out on the other side of the aisle! While I wait for my tote bag to arrive, I am sure I will find many more perfect bags and who knows? Maybe I will become one of those women who has a bag for every occasion!
