What do you need:

  • 4 tart baking apples (such as Braeburn or Granny Smith), cored
  • 2/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of grapes
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 piece slow cooker liner

In a small bowl, mix oats, raisins, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Cover your crock pot with the liner and place the apples on top. Spoon mixture into center of each apple, heaping remaining mixture on top of apples. For apple juice on apples. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 hours. Remove apples from slow cooker, transfer to serving plates, and drizzle with cooking liquid.

What do you need:

  • 1 package of white cake mix
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray and place the berries and peaches in it. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture. Then add the cake mix and melted butter. When ingredients are well combined, cook on high heat for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until bubbling.

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt until well combined. Slowly add the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Strain the mixture into a liquid measuring cup. Place 4 ramekins (4 oz) in a slow cooker and fill the crockpot with enough water so the ramekins are half submerged. For the egg mixture evenly in molds. Cover and cook for 2 hours over low heat. When ready, let cool completely, then refrigerate uncovered for at least 3 hours.
