  3. Doing dumbbell curls is another great way to get rid of those boobs. By doing curls daily with about 10 reps each time, in a very short time you should see a significant difference in the way your chest is built.

Taking care of the body and losing some weight will also help to lose those unwanted breasts. If you were to lose some weight and do some of the above exercises in a very short time, this would drastically improve the look and strength of your chest and flatten those man boobs you carry with you.
