Intensive Course in Master Self-Hypnosis

In this article, I will share with you a simple and proven self-hypnosis method that I call master self-hypnosis.

What if you could follow a proven and simple blueprint for success? What if your goals could just as easily be achieved by taking the right steps? This proven method of self hypnosis will work for you! Even if you used to be skeptical or fearful of hypnosis or found it too difficult to use in the past. Now is the time and this crash course will get you started right away!

In future articles, I’ll use more specific examples, and for today, you can simply enter your own goals for learning this powerful method of primal self-hypnosis.

Keep in mind that your goals often have a feeling to go with them, so make sure you really get the feeling you want when you reach your goal. That is why it is important to be very clear about what you want to achieve because it can save you time and frustration. Plus, this helps make sure you’re doing this for the right reasons (taking back control of your life for yourself!)

The best part of this method is that you can remain flexible even while you are reaching your goals. Often our goals change as we change or become clearer about what we REALLY want.

1. Sit down and focus on your breathing and relax.

2. Imagine a moment in your future when you have already reached your goal (ideal weight, dream job, ideal partner, etc.)

3. Observe how you are seeing through your own eyes, what you are hearing with your own ears, and what you are feeling in your body and in your environment.

4. Do you notice if you are satisfied? Glad? Upset? Delighted? Is this how you imagined your goal would be? How close did you get to what you REALLY wanted? Take a look at what you would need to do from this place to reach your REAL goal!

(for example: you wanted to lose 10 pounds but it still doesn’t look like your clothes fit the way you wanted – this could mean that you really wanted to change the shape of your body and losing the 10 pounds just made you a smaller version thin of yourself, what exercises could help you change your body shape to reach your REAL goal?Or you wanted to boost your self-esteem to feel better and losing 10lbs of weight didn’t give you that feeling.

5. If you are satisfied that you have reached your goal, repeat the steps in point 4. Observe everything around you and also any internal dialogue. Do other people around you say anything to you or about you?

(Often weight loss goals are about feeling more secure and confident and being liked by others; for others, it’s not about being liked; it could be to be more popular, which could mean some people don’t like them. like; be very clear about your true goals!)

Thus, you can notice how much better your clothes fit and how much healthier you feel. You may be wearing more expensive or more stylish clothes because you now feel more dignified and feel more attractive in your new body.

People may notice it more because of all these changes. How does this make you feel? Comfortable? Glad? Do you enjoy the extra attention or is it a little more than you planned? Be very honest because at this stage you are in the testing phase. Modify the image, the sounds, your thoughts, beliefs, etc. until they match your true goals.

6. Now continue to make changes until you are sure that you really like the result of your efforts and that you want to stick with your goals and take ownership of them. Look at a Calendar or look at the season at this time and place. This will help you get a good estimate of how long your subconscious mind feels it will take until you reach this goal. Also note anything else in your environment, including the last step you took that led you to your goal.

7. Re-record all the steps you took as if you were watching yourself take each step. (for example: weight loss – you will see and feel exercising and eating well to reach your goals and feeling good about yourself at times; you may also see yourself from time to time being tempted to stray from your goals – this is natural, so just make sure you get back to your goals as quickly as possible and stay positively motivated instead of insisting on temptations or slips – get up and get back to your goals with even more motivation!)

8. Retrace your steps until you know what your first step will be. Immediately take the first step on your list and keep going until you reach your goal. (Example: weight loss goal: eat something healthy or exercise from whatever plan you have chosen).

9. Let your bright new future help you stay motivated. You can imagine that you are magnetized to your future and therefore it is not a question of IF it will happen, it is only a question of WHEN it will happen.
