If I can, as God is my Witness and Judge, when I was only 17 years old, God UNEXPECTED gave me a VIEW while I was in prayer. I was within that vision as a glorified Spirit-Being, whiter than glittering snow and as a brilliant white cloud with the sun shining on it, looking soft, dressed in a white robe, even my hair was that bright white, holding a Book in my hands and teaching two flesh and blood mortals who were sitting on the ground, in an outdoor setting such as a park or a meadow.

He was leaning close to them, showing them something from the Book. Eye that this MIRACLE happened before Have you ever heard of Herbert W. Armstrong and his biblical teaching that we must become glorified Priest-Kings, teaching in the Kingdom of God, immortal ruling mortals with but under Christ! (Revelation 2:26, ​​3:21, 20: 6).

The Kingdom of God is the Royal Family of God that administers the Government of God, with the Word of God as the foundation for each family and the standard for all nations. (Isaiah 9: 7, Daniel 7:18, 27).

At the time he still believed in the traditional myths about birth again and heaven and hell, so he really didn’t know what to make of the vision. Over a year later, when I attended one of my first Saturday services with the Worldwide Church of God (1978), the minister was preaching on how we will be God-Beings by teaching human beings. I nearly fell off my chair! It was as if I was describing the same vision that God had given me to my little one!

That inspiring sermon was further confirmation to me that this Church of God (with its God-given Sabbath and holy days, the special recognition of Northwest Europeans and Anglo-Saxons as the “Lost 10 Tribes”, the Gospel of the Kingdom, etc.) It was in fact the Church of God and not like the baptized paganism of traditional Christianity! (Sad to say, WCG went astray after Herbert Armstrong’s death, but fortunately faithful members of the Church of God left that organization of deceitful men to remain faithful to God and the plain truth of the Bible instead of returning to Egypt).

My next minister, George Kackos, to whom I later told about the vision, and who baptized me on the Sabbath, June 9, 1979 (12 years after the liberation of Jerusalem), told me that the vision was biblical and that God had also given me a “preview” of His Kingdom to Peter, James and John, with their VIEW of the TRANSFIGURATION:

Matthew 17: 1-9

1 Six days later, Jesus took Peter, James, and their brother John, and led them alone to a high mountain; 2 and was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun and his clothes turned white as light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with him. 4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus: Lord, it is good that we are here; If you want, let’s make three tabernacles here: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

5 While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud saying: “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him!” 6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were very afraid. 7 But Jesus came up, touched them, and said, “Get up and don’t be afraid.” 8 When they looked up, they saw no one but Jesus.

9 Now that they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, Tell them VIEW to no one until the Son of Man has risen from the dead. “

I dared to declare to Mr. Kackos that my vision was actually greater because God had shown them a glorified / transfigured Christ, Moses and Elijah, but mine was more personalized because God revealed ME in His Kingdom!

I am an eyewitness to the Kingdom of God and I know what it means to be in the Kingdom of God, both from the Bible and from personal experience! (2 Peter 1: 16-18). Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom, but at the Resurrection WE WILL BE BORN AGAIN as GLORIFIED SPIRIT BEINGS – just like our older Brother, Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29, I Corinthians 15: 49-52, Philippians 3:21)

The vision seemed to emphasize the great difference between mortals and immortals; the great contrast between flesh and blood and the bright Spirit. And, as I used later during a World Church of God Spokesperson’s Club talk about the service in the Churchill Room at Hillcrest in Toledo, Ohio, I brought up this vision and noticed that although THRONES are going to be given to us (which I did not see), those thrones are to allow us to use our positions for a GREATER SERVICE, for the love of God and humanity.

God did not show me just sitting on a throne, but serving others, teaching, helping, and explaining. Then Mr. Kackos delivered his usual mini-sermon / summary speech, on the importance of moderating authority with humility, and said that, surprisingly, I had done just that. I had related the vision as fact, but I did not brag about it.

I look forward, by god Funny, To enter His wonderful Kingdom and meet those two people I saw in 1977! It really will be BACK TO THE FUTURE!
