Using the law of attraction to get rid of cellulite

For centuries the universal law of attraction has been talked about. But is it okay to use it for spiritual enlightenment or to earn money? Do not! Of course, no. The law of attraction can be used for anything. And when you use it to get things that make you happy, like a healthier body, sexy legs and thighs, weight loss, more money, a husband or wife, then you become a happier, healthier person. As you become happier and healthier, love, joy, and peace emanate around you. And when you exude love, joy and peace and tell other people your secret, you spread the love and peace to others who then emanate it. As you become happier and healthier, the people around you become happier and healthier, and the people around you become happier and healthier. As this happens, the world becomes a better place. So use the universal law of attraction to achieve whatever you want. As you do so, you will notice that you become healthier and happier and you will notice that those around you do the same.

USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Lately, there has been a lot of publicity about the law of attraction. However, this is not a new concept. People have been using this technique to manifest things in their lives since the beginning of time. It is known as several different things, such as “Creative Visualizations”, “Guided Mediations”, “Movies of the Mind” or “The Power of the Unconscious Mind”.

The Law of Attraction is more easily described as “similar attracts similar”, this is quite easy to understand. The principle of the Law of Attraction states that when you have a positive or negative thought pattern, you receive a positive or negative result. Everything that happens is a direct result of your thoughts. Therefore, a positive attitude will bring more positive events to your life and a negative attitude will bring more negative events to your life.

With these step-by-step instructions, you can use the powerful law of attraction to help you lose weight, lose cellulite, tone your body, add muscle, and shape your body into something you feel most comfortable in.

Step one: create your ideal weight

Write your ideal weight on a piece of paper. Now close your eyes and imagine that you are stepping on the scale and it says that you have that weight. Now, in your mind, look at your body and see what it looks like with that weight. Imagine touching your body and feeling how it would feel with that weight. Imagine how you feel in that body. Observe your emotions, your thoughts, your feelings. Now imagine that you are going through your daily routine with this weight. See how the food looks on your plate, see how much (or little) food satisfies you. Imagine exercising, feeling strong and healthy.

Step two: create a vision board

Sit down with a few magazines or catalogs that you like and cut out pictures of the clothes you hope to wear as you lose weight. Also cut out pictures of events or things you could do more as you get healthier and stronger. Create a vision board by pasting these images onto a sheet of paper and placing them on your desk or by your bedside, or anywhere you can look at them frequently. Take time each day to observe your vision.

Step three: submit a request to the universe

It is about connecting with a force greater than yourself to ask what it is that you want. It can be difficult to ask for what you want, some may feel that they do not deserve it, but the universe will always support your requests that are for the greater good. Requests about being slimmer, healthier, and happier will help each individual feel better about themselves and feel happier. This, in turn, creates more happiness around that person, thus creating a more positive world. It’s the little things that add up.

Step four: write it down

Writing is a very powerful and immediate way to generate change. The following will help you stay on track with your weight loss. First, buy a law of attraction weight loss magazine. In your journal, write down several statements that you wish were true, but are not yet true. Write them in the present tense because like attract like. Examples of such statements are: “I am slim and healthy”, or “I enjoy going out and exercising every day” or “My body fat is constantly decreasing while my lean muscle mass is increasing” or “I feel comfortable and beautiful in my jeans size six … “whatever it is, make it work for you. Take a few minutes each day to read these statements. As you read them, try to imagine how it is happening. In your mind, look at pictures of yourself looking at the scale and seeing that magic number, see yourself wearing those jeans you’ve always wanted. See yourself in the gym working out and feeling great.
